Fast Installation
There is 2 way of installation for Non-linkable and Linkable with shadow-less connection, which can be cable connected or a direct Plug connection.
First, please turn off the power. Lock the lamp with the screw. connect the power cord. put one side of the lamp onto both clamps. put another side of the lamp onto the clamp. check if any safety hazard exits after installation, then connect the power supply and check if the light works ok.

a)Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

b)How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We have related records to monitor IQC and QC， all lights will have a 48-72 hours aging test before packing and delivery.
c)How is the after services?
We have a professional team which is in charge of after-sales service， also a service hot-line dealing with your complaints and feedback.
d)Why the product warranty is 2 years? Do I need to change the lamp after 2 years?
The industrial standard warranty is 2 years. And it doesn't mean the lamp lifespan is 2 years， it means we will provide related after-sales service freely during these 2 years. The lamps could still work well after 2 years normally.
e)What is the delivery time for light orders?
30-45 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all graphic designs.
