What is the difference between Correlated Color Temperature and CCT?

Mar 03, 2023

What we need to know is that the color temperature defines the color appearance of the white LED. while CCT is defined in degrees of Kelvin; The correlated color temperature specifically refers to warm light around 3000K, which becomes neutral white at about 4000K, and becomes cool white at 6000K or higher. The CCT does not display any information about the color rendering capability of the LED.
