The LED Lighting Industry in China Develops Three Directions in The Future

With the official implementation of relevant government support policies, and the increasingly mature LED technology, coupled with the ban on incandescent lamps caused by the tide of light change, the LED industry has gradually developed to the present, the LED industry has entered a deep integration period.Liu Junting, director of the Institute of Electrical and Optical Technology, estimated that the growth of LED lighting industry can be divided into three stages. The first stage is the mass adoption of LED lighting, the emphasis on luminescence efficiency and the development of measurement and product specifications, compliance with building regulations, and the unification of professional terminology. We are currently in the first stage.The second stage is to emphasize on improving the quality of light, and pay more and more attention to consumers' feelings about the quality of LED, committed to making LED light source and color temperature closer to natural light. Finally, the third stage is to enter the system integration, into the "smart lighting", and more importantly, the cross-field integration of LED applications, such as the integration of metropolitan power supply system, or the use of LED products in agriculture, forestry, fishing and animal husbandry.
