Analysis On The Future Development Prospect Of LED Industry Market in 2022

According to the current LED "13th Five-Year plan" strategy to help the LED industry transformation, LED industry in recent years after a spurt of high-speed growth, overcapacity, price war and other contradictions increasingly sharp;  Conventional products a red sea, coupled with the cold market demand, it is estimated that 2016 LED industry market size growth will slow down. 

According to the "2016-2021 China LED Industry Market Foresight and Investment Strategic Planning Analysis Report" released by Qianzhan Industry Research Institute, China's LED industry plans to increase the total investment is estimated to be 70 billion yuan, of which more than 40% of the investment is in multiple industrial links, or even the whole industry chain investment.  At the same time, the investment of non-LED enterprises into LED industry has become an important part of LED industry investment, such projects accounted for 45% of the total investment projects, the amount of more than 65% of the total investment amount.  

At present, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry is too many, the industry concentration is not enough, the industry resources are very scattered, elimination of excess and backward capacity (such as homogenization, price war) has been imminent.  Industry transformation and upgrading is in full swing, and mergers and acquisitions, integration and bankruptcy will become more frequent in the next few years.  

In order to adapt to the "new normal" of the economy, China has formulated the "Internet Plus" strategy.  Now the LED industry is also facing the "new normal", the industry should also take advantage of the trend and launch the "LED+" strategy -- that is, product-oriented, value-added wing.
